Returning Items:
If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and include the order number and customer name clearly marked on the outer packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly credit the value of the item to you. Please note that the cost of carriage (in either direction) will not be refunded in this case.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If an item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within four weeks from the dispatch date via email at customercare@infinitykit.co.uk. Kindly include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with further instructions. We will either send out a replacement and cover the delivery cost or provide a refund, depending on the situation.
Undelivered Orders:
In the rare event that your order has yet to be delivered, please contact our Customer Care Department via email at (customercare@infinitykit.co.uk). You do not need to place another order. Once your claim is confirmed, a replacement order will be sent within 3 working days, with the delivery cost covered by us. Delivery of the replacement order will depend on location and will follow our standard delivery times.
